Welcome! Here is Roberta and I have a lot of travel tips and inspiration to share

WELCOME!
WHERE IS YOUR NEXT DESTINATION?

A simple but charming place, with very rich biodiversity. The paths beneath your feet seem to have been built by landscape gardeners, and it is all done by the wind, water and fire. Millions of years ago it used to be an ocean, but today is the headwaters of many Brazilian rivers, especially in Amazonia.

PERU

Driving to Chicama at the midway. The path is a moonscape desert, sometimes some vegetation, high mountains touching the clouds with lots of rocks and boulders. The mountains close to the roads have big stones that can’t roll, because there is no rain, wind or storms in this place.

AÏT BENHADDOU

Traveling by car in Morocco we found a serpent enchanter waiting for tourists in front of the Aït Benhaddhou Kasbah. It was a show with snakes and scorpions that let us afraid.

I went trekking in CERRO COCODRILO in POTRERILLOS and ACONCAGUA PARK. Up there you can see some eagles and let your mind wonder, while you admire the view. I also went “radical” rafting in the Mendoza river(almost had my teeth broken with the paddle during a violent wave), but it was amazing to face those waters and the view in The Andes. The river is brown because of the desert and has a lot of rocks that you do not see, you only feel them scratching the bottom of the boat.

FRANCE

Go up on Eiffel Tower early in the morning is the best hour to avoid lines. Besides see the horizon, you should look at downward and watch the parisian’s routine at Champ de Mars. Choose a sunny day and get ready for the cold weather, if you go in the winter like me.

BRAZIL

Urubici is the highest point in Santa Catarina and It already registered the lowest degree in the country, -17,8ºC in 1996. It was in the morning, before leaving for a trail at 7:40 PM, that I had the pleasure of taking this photo when the city was hidden by a fog typical from the region. It seemed like I was on clouds.

CUBA

Let yourself lose alone in the city streets is the best way to know a place. Mainly if it is in La Habana where the government don’t want tourists realize how it really is. You should walk without afraid and be an observer.

About 25 km, 5 different trails in 3 days in Urubici. If we had more time we would have done more, the city has 82 waterfalls and is investing on tourism. Lots of water, fresh air, plantations, hills, rocks, ups and downs. The group was great, fun people of different ages and professions sharing the passion for nature and hiking.
