This morning in Miami Beach, sunrise is seen from Belle Island.
Capixaba pie, fish pirão*, capixaba moqueca** and crab are some of the best experiences in Vitória; an island full of mangroves and famous for the best clay pot in Brazil could only be an excellent destination to eat seafood.
People say that the secret of the famous moqueca and pie from Espírito Santo lies in the pot they are cooked in – the one made of clay by the Pot Makers of Goiabeiras: an original handicraft recognized and registered as Brazilian Cultural Heritage.
The Atlantic Rainforest has one of the highest biodiversity indexes in the planet. The largest protection area of this biome is within the 315 hectares in State Park of Serra do Mar
This emerald watercolor gave me one of the best waterfall bath I already had. At first sight only color impress me but all experience were incredible: the strong flow, the water temperature, the underwater vegetation and find a cave under the waterfall with another shade of blue. All set made the experience complete. This is Cachoeira da Formiga, a hidden place in the middle of Jalapão.

While I descended the Apennines, towards to Bologna, the sun appeared between the heavy clouds and gave a special colour to landscape. We left the car to enjoy the rest of the day in Parco dei Sassi di Roccamalatina. So I climbed this mountain to reach that cross and see the whole valley from above. It was perfect to finish the tour around Emilia Romagna’s mountains.

In Barbados I saw the most beautiful sea color water I have ever seen in my life. The entire island is made by corals and this side of the island the Atlantic ocean is influenced by the Caribbean sea. I think this should be the explanation for such vibrant shade of cyan almost phosphorescent. I could spend days in this place only appreciating the view.
Trekking in Vale do Pati may seem lengthy, but all the effort is rewarded with the view and people we find on the way. The hospitality, besides the waterfalls and natural pools connected by trails opened by miners, is part of the rewards.
