Welcome! Here is Roberta and I have a lot of travel tips and inspiration to share

WELCOME!
WHERE IS YOUR NEXT DESTINATION?

The neighboring town of Búzios (RJ) and its nightlife is bigger, more popular and has more beautiful beaches. Even though the water is freezing cold, I loved Cabo Frio. One edge invades the sea with rocks and mountains like many others in Brazil; the difference is the thin white sand and the clear blue waters.

KENYA

Before arrive in Kenya I’d found a photo from giraffe’s silhouette against the sun at Pinterest. That image inspired me to search the same scenario then I asked Rafael (guide from Olare Mara Kempinski) to help me with this task. It was our Safari last day and no sign of giraffes in the evening… but on time Rafael said: look your giraffe! Everyone in the car became excited and started shooting but it was hidden between trees. Then Rafael moved the car to force the animal to change its position and it worked. Teamwork for the perfect shoot.

BRAZIL

The capital of Espírito Santo was the destination, and as I also wanted to enjoy the beaches, I ended up in the neighbour city Vila Velha – in Costa Beach, to be more specific. It is considered the best one by friends and travel blogs.

AMAZONAS

As said in amazon legend Naiá fall in love with Jaci (the moon) and get out it every night with hope of being transformed into a star and live forever by its side. She rejected the affection from bravest warriors and continued every day running for Jaci in the jungle. Being always ignored she got sick but one day she got so happy noticing the moon reflection in water that threw herself and drowned.

AGUASCALIENTES

Aguascalientes, already subject of a post here, is well-known in Mexico for hosting the largest folk and cultural event in the country, the SAN MARCOS FAIR (FERIA DE SAN MARCOS). During three weeks between April and May, the city goes through a makeover to welcome over 7 million visitors, in existing or specially-built places for the event which has been taking place for more than 180 years.

ARGENTINA

Adrenalin hits you down the rapids and increases, followed by a wave of terror when you see where the bath is going to be. I had already done this tour, but not in this waterfall, neither with this amount of water!

If you do not live on the coast, you immediately visualize parties and beaches when you think about tourism in Rio de Janeiro, right? At least that is the first thing that comes to my mind; thank God for my traveler’s curiosity and the Travelers Meetings.
