The cashew nut was old known and appreciated, the natural juice also, but the pleasure of eating the fruit and its different kinds I’ve experienced for the first time in Jalapão. We stopped on the road to pick cashew on the cajueiro (cashew tree) to taste during the trip. I liked more the mini ones because they are sweeter, but they are all good. Have you tasted?
